WE NOW HAVE A TELEPHONE RE-ORDER LINE 0141 531 6522 - Please call this number to order your prescriptions and NOT the reception desk number
Turnaround time for a prescription is 48 hours unless urgent
To ease the pressure on pharmacies please only order medication that is due. Also order 7 days before you run out to allow pharmacies time to process
If you have ordered a prescription and have nominated a chemist to pick up please check with them if your prescription is available before you contact the practice
You may find it more convenient to use the post if you do not live near the health centre as we do not post out pescriptions. Please enclose a stamped addressed envelope for us to send out your script.
Online Repeat Prescript requests
We now offer an online repeat prescription service. Please complete registration form under online services and bring this into the practice along with a valid form of identification, for example photo ID or your passport. You MUST have a valid email address for every member of your family that wishes to use this service. It may be some items don't appear on your prescription reorder form, please order these as a message on your request and remember to advise which pharmacy local to the health centre will be collection your prescription from. It is important to tell your pharmacy you have a prescription that they need to collect.

Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications. A notification should appear on your repeat slip so please check this slip when you get your medication as this will stop any delay if you need a review before your next prescription
