Non-NHS Services

Some services provided are not covered under our contract with the NHS and therefore attract charges. Examples include the following:

• Medicals form i.e  pre-employment & driving requirements (HGV, PSV etc.)
• Insurance claim forms
• Private sick notes

The fees charged are based on the British Medical Association (BMA) suggested scales. 

Please discuss with reception staff in the first instance who will pass to GP for review as there are non NHS Services we do not do.
